To Sign Up for Spargo’s Online Booking:
- Please contact a Sales and Service Coordinator to obtain your own personal ID number and password to use when you log on to our online booking.
- A guest who wishes to reserve an online appointment must have a credit card number on file and sign an Online Booking Agreement during his or her next visit to the salon. By signing the agreement you agree to follow the guidelines for all appointments reserved via our online booking feature.
- All appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate other guests requesting that time. Failure to cancel a missed appointment reserved online will result in a full change to you for the booked service(s). By providing Spargo Salon & Spa with your valid credit card number and signing the Online Booking Agreement, you are authorizing Spargo Salon & Spa to charge your credit card for your missed or late canceled services(s).
- All appointment changes or cancellations must be made through the Spargo’s reception desk, either in person or by phone during our regular business hours. You may not cancel or change an appointment through the Spargo’s online booking service.
- Please refer to the instructions outlined below to begin online booking with us. Online booking privileges are contingent upon following these guidelines.
Exceptions for Online Booking
There are some services that require special attention when scheduling appointments. Certain booking situations cannot be scheduled online. If you are having a challenge scheduling an appointment, it does not necessarily mean that the service or service provider is not available. In this event, please contact a Sales and Service Coordinator at (262) 695-7400 and they will be happy to assist you with these appointments during our regular business hours.
How to Book Your Online Appointment:
- Access our website at www.spargospa.com and click on the link to Online Booking
- Type in your personal Client ID number and password.
- Click once on the Online Booking tab in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
- Follow the steps on the screen by choosing the type of service you would like to book for yourself, then the service*.
*Please Note: It is important that you choose the correct service that you wish to book. Be sure to click on the question mark symbol to the right of the Service drop down menu for a description of each service.
- Choose the stylist you would prefer to see and the date you would like to come in for your appointment.
- If you are booking more than one service (for example, a haircut and a pedicure), type in the maximum amount of time (in increments of 15 minutes) you are willing to wait between your services. If you would prefer no waiting time, simply type in the number zero in this field.
- Choose the earliest time you are available to come in and the latest time you are able to leave the salon.
- Click on “Find Available Appointments.” The computer will search to find you all available appointments based on the criteria you provided. Simply select the appointment that works best for you by clicking the circle next to the appointment date and time, or modify your preferences if no appointments are available. Then, click “Book.” Your booked appointment will be confirmed on the next screen, along with a confirmation number.
